Volunteer with Us!

Join us in making our community a great place to live and work- and have a great time in the process! We provide opportunities to help throughout the year at events, placemaking initiatives and special initiatives.

Volunteering with Celebrate Fairfax is a way to get engaged in your community and make new connections. Volunteers like you help in various roles from event set-up and take down to our operations team during events.

Volunteering with a Group

We welcome groups to serve as volunteers! Whether you are a business, faith-based group, club, organization, or fellow nonprofit organization, volunteering together builds connections and makes memories.

If you have a group of 5 or more interested in volunteering, please email Volunteers@CelebrateFairfax.Org. Please note, group spots fill up quickly so please plan ahead and contact us as soon as possible in advance of the event.

Youth Volunteering

If you are over the age of 13, we'd love to have you engage with your community as a volunteer! We have a great roster of youth volunteers who regularly volunteer with us, we'd love to have you join us at our next opportunity.

You can also receive credits for high school volunteer hours and community service programs. Please see information below to get started.

The first step is to fill out the form below. This will add you to our outreach list to receive information about upcoming opportunities and how to sign up for shifts.

In completing this form, you will also be added to our newsletter list. We will not share your information and you can opt out anytime. Please note, all volunteers must sign a waiver before participating.
