DESCRIPTION:Bring a CANned food item and join us for the 4th annual CAN the Bird 5K Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day\, Thursday\, November 27\, beginning at 8 am.  The race will begin and end in the Walmart parking lot\, 5885 Kingstowne Boulevard\, Alexandria\, VA 22315. \nAll ages can enjoy a run\, walk\, or stroll around Kingstowne and its scenic lake. Registrants will receive a commemorative race t-shirt and swag/deals from our sponsors. Donations of nonperishable food items will be accepted for local food banks.
